Background and functions of Bill Taylor
Bill Taylor is the Principal of Lone Star Commercial Lending Group . He is an originator with MAPS FHA (Multifamily Accelerated Processing) lenders. Bill is a Senior Business Analyst Designee with Business Evolution Systems. They are also Fannie Mae DUS and FreddieMac lenders. LSCL also originates Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities, Mezzanine, Bridge, construction, and many other types of commercial real estate loans with loan amounts from $500,000 to $100,000,000 on multifamily, office, retail, warehouse, hospitality and other types of commercial real estate. .
Bill has been a Senior Loan Officer and Correspondent with major Lenders and Business owner for over 30 years. In that span built homes and sold businesses for a good portion of his career. Bill has relationships with Commercial Banks that actively like the quality of projects he presents and can go outside the Box thinking to fund projects.
He is a “commercial” real estate financing originator specializing in multifamily, hospitality and other commercial income properties. His experience provides the client with the best financing for their needs as a member of the client’s team. He uses his years of experience, training and contacts to do what he does best, leaving applicants to do what they do best.
Bill received a B.B.A from the School of Business at Texas Wesleyan University in Accounting and Economics. . He was raised in the Fort Worth, Texas area. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker specializing in commercial transactions and lending consultation. The team concept is very helpful in accomplishing borrowers needs and saving developers money by eliminating mistakes in the HUD related products.
